Non-Disclosure Agreement

(Lindstrom Machine will be happy to comply with the following requirements prior to viewing any aspect of a project or RFQ's)

Lindstrom Machine agrees that all Intellectual Property (including but not limited to proprietary, confidential and trade secret information) contained in a Request for Quote (RFQ) is the property of the Buyer. Lindstrom Machine shall not utilize any RFQs, or the proprietary information contained therein, confidential information, trade secrets, designs, processes, properties or any other forms of intellectual property contained in any RFQ for any purpose other than to respond to the Buyer's Request for Quote or to fulfill any ensuing purchase order or contract for goods and/or services resulting from the RFQ process. Lindstrom Machine further agrees that they shall not disclose said information to any other person or entity without the express advance written permission of the Buyer.
